This text constitutes the CONTRACT that will govern the relationship between ELECTRON RETRACTS, S.L. (hereinafter, ELECTRON RETRACTS), with NIF B36539211, domiciled at Polígono PPI-7 parcela K, nave B9, 36475 O Porriño, Pontevedra and with BORME Registry Data, Mercantile Registry of PONTEVEDRA T 3279, L 3279, F 218, S 8, H PO 41899, I/A 4 and You (the USER), when browsing the web pages owned by ELECTRON RETRACTS and making any payment through the platforms.
Please read this document carefully. Here you will find the conditions that regulate the contracting and purchase through our website, the rights and obligations of both parties and information on the procedures of the purchase process, among other issues.
We inform you that these Terms and Conditions comply with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, “LSSICE”), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, “Consumers and Users Law”) and the rest of the legislation in force on the matter.

ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF THE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions are binding on both parties. The USER will be bound by each and every one of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase without any reservation when contracting products/services through ELECTRON RETRACTS, and it is their obligation and responsibility to read them beforehand.
During the course of their order, prior to authorizing payment, the USER must accept the Terms and Conditions of Purchase. If you are not satisfied with them, do not go ahead with the contracting process, as these conditions will apply to you in any case.
PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase a product** from ELECTRON RETRACTS, you will need to follow the process detailed below:
- Access the products or services that are developed in the different sections of the ELECTRON RETRACTS website.
- Select the products you want to buy by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.
- The shopping cart will appear on your screen so that you can choose to continue selecting products or to complete the purchase.
- Personal Data: To continue with your order, you will be asked for the following information: Name, Surname and Email Address. You will also be given the option to create an account (optional) by requesting a password that will be associated with your email address to generate an account in ELECTRON RETRACTS so that you can follow the entire relationship of your order. If you already have an account with us, you will be able to log in directly.
- Addresses: Next, the data we need to send you your order will appear on your screen. You will have the option to change the delivery address if it is different from the address on the invoice.
- Shipping method: In the next step, you must select the shipping method you want. You should bear in mind that depending on the option chosen, it may involve an additional cost that will be indicated to you. You can also leave us an additional comment if you feel that the delivery person should take something into account.
- Acceptance of legal conditions: In order for the user to continue with the process, they must read our terms and conditions and privacy policy, and accept them by ticking the corresponding box if they are satisfied. We remind the user that clicking this button implies acceptance of our legal conditions, being bound and bound by them.
- Payment: Select the option of your choice and follow the corresponding instructions to make the payment.

** In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Consumer and User Protection Act and other complementary laws, and in accordance with Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1255 and 1258; ELECTRON RETRACTS reserves the right to deny the sale of any part, component, or accessory which does not include a valid, readable and verifiable serial number, corresponding to the main product of the same brand. This requirement is established as an essential condition of the contract, with the purpose of guaranteeing the product’s safety, technical compatibility and its proper functioning; in compliance with the product conformity obligations established on the Article 114 and subsequent articles, from the General Consumer and User Protection Act. ELECTRON RETRACTS will not assume any responsibility within the limits established by the current regulations (Article 1101 and subsequent articles from the Spanish Civil Code), for damages, losses, malfunctions or injuries that may arise from the use or parts that: Do not have a valid serial number, or do not correspond to the main product of the same brand, or have not been supplied in accordance with the provisions of these terms. Furthermore, the USER expressly acknowledges that the verification of the serial number constitutes a mandatory prerequisite for formalizing the purchase, as well as for the application of any commercial or legal warranty, in accordance to Article 00 and subsequent articles from the General Consumer and User Protection Act.
PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS
Price
All prices of the products and services offered on the website are https://www.electron-retracts.com expressed in the Euro currency (€). The product price does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or customs clearance charges where applicable.
The price corresponding to each product will be the one specified at any time on the website.
ELECTRON RETRACTS reserves the right to modify prices and conditions of sale based on fluctuating market demand. However, the price and conditions that were established at the time you placed the order will always be respected and applied.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All orders will be charged Value Added Tax (VAT) which is currently set at 21% of the product price. Except for:
- Shipments made within the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden ) to companies with a valid NIF and registered for intra-community sales.
- Shipments made outside the European Union.
Customs Clearance and Duties
When the USER makes a purchase from outside the European Union, he/she acts as the importer of the product. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we advise you to contact the relevant customs office to find out about import restrictions, costs and collection times for the goods.
Shipping costs include transportation and customs clearance at origin. To do this, ELECTRON RETRACTS will present an original invoice with the total value of the product to Spanish customs. It is not possible to ship with a declared value lower than the actual value.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in order to receive the goods, whether the goods are delivered to them or not.
ELECTRON RETRACTS will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
Both the costs of return and customs charges and local taxes will be the responsibility of the USER.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, they are calculated automatically once the purchase process has been initiated and the shipping address has been entered according to the rates of the transport companies.
In general, national shipments are made through the companies Seur and Correos. In most cases, international shipments are made with the company DHL.*
As soon as the order is delivered to the shipping company, the USER will be informed of the shipment tracking number.
*ELECTRON RETRACTS does not undertake to provide the transportation service only with these companies.
PAYMENT METHODS
ELECTRON RETRACTS offers the USER three payment methods:
- Payment by PayPal. The use of this payment method has an associated commission that is automatically calculated before the order is finalized. The USER will be redirected directly to PayPal’s secure payment gateway to finalize the purchase.
- Payment by bank card. If you select this payment method, at the end of the purchase the USER will be redirected to a secure Redsys payment gateway, where they can safely complete their purchase.
- Payment by bank transfer. When the USER selects this payment method, at the end of the purchase, the system automatically sends an email with the bank details to make the payment. To speed up the process, we recommend sending a proof of payment to the address info@electron-retracts.com indicating the order number.
BUYER’S RIGHTS
DELIVERY
ELECTRON RETRACTS will only supply products that are available in stock. If you are interested in a product that appears as out of stock in the catalog of the online store, you can contact us by requesting it through the form that will be offered to you at the time of adding to the Shopping Cart or by writing to info@electron-retracts.com and we will inform you about the availability of the product.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product. Standard products will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment. In the case of configurable products, an assembly time of approximately 7 calendar days is applied as long as all the parts that make up that set are available in stock.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Electron Retracts guarantees ONLY original Electron products. Retractors and controllers should be used together. Electron is not responsible for damaged retractions as a result of the use of third-party controllers. In the same way,
Electron is not responsible for any damage caused to Electron controllers as a result of use with retractors of another brand. The warranty excludes damage due to misuse of the systems, or damage caused by causes beyond the control of manufacturing.
The warranty of all products will be regulated by the provisions of Title V of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, so for purchases made from 01/01/2022, the warranty is three years.
RETURNS
The USER may change an order as long as it has not been dispatched and one of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal does not apply. If, for any reason, you wish to make a change to the processed order, you must notify us as soon as possible by e-mail to info@electron-retracts.com indicating the desired changes. Any difference in amount between the original order and the modified one will be processed following the procedure corresponding to the chosen payment method. Return and re-shipment costs will not be borne by ELECTRON RETRACTIONS.
For its part, ELECTRON RETRACTS may not replace an ordered product without prior consultation with the USER. If, for reasons beyond the control of ELECTRON RETRS, the delivery of the order is not possible, the USER will be offered the possibility of exchanging it for a substitute product with similar characteristics, giving the USER the right to cancel the order.
If the USER cancels a confirmed order when it has already left the premises of ELECTRON RETRACTS for the destination, or does not accept the package on arrival, ELECTRON RETRACTS may demand payment of the transport costs caused by the cancellation.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Prior contact via email info@electron-retracts.com
- The return can be requested within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
- Products must keep their original seal intact. The return of the product without the seal will not be accepted, unless it is due to defects of origin, in which case the exchange will be made for other similar ones.
- The USER must be responsible for the shipping costs, which must be paid directly to the transport company.
- The item you wish to return must be properly packed for return.
- ELECTRON RETRACTS will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned products.
- Where a refund is due, it will only be processed after the condition of the product has been received and verified.
WITHDRAWAL
As a general rule, the USER may have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the order delivery or acceptance, always depending on the type of product or service contracted. The USER shall inform ELECTRON RETRACTS, within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of his/her wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal of ELECTRON RETRS products/services: The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, configurable products.
REPAIRS
From the after-sales service of ELECTRON RETRACTS we will try to solve any problem that may arise during the installation and operation of our products. Contact us by e-mail info@electron-retracts.com indicating in detail what is happening, attaching additional information such as photographs, videos, purchase invoice, serial numbers and etc. Once the documentation has been received and analysed, we will inform you of the procedure to be followed.
Please do not send any products to our factory without consulting us first. ELECTRON RETRACTS is not responsible for these shipments or any costs they may incur.
USER AGREEMENT
In cases where the USER considers that the product offered does not comply with the stipulations, he/she must contact ELECTRON RETRACTS by email (info@electron-retracts.com) indicating the details of the order, as well as the cause of his/her disagreement.
We will examine your complaint and inform you by email or telephone if the refund of the amount paid is appropriate or, where appropriate, instructions to rectify the incident or other alternative solutions that both parties may agree.
The refund of any amount by us will be made to the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
The rights recognized by current legislation are safeguarded, which, in any case, will be respected by both parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ELECTRON RETRACTS is not responsible for any damages arising from the misuse that the USER may make of the website, the online store or its contents.
ELECTRON RETRACTS shall not be liable for any interruption or problems in the operation of the website or the online store, arising from the provision of Internet access services, viruses, malicious programs, breakdowns, or any other technical incidents that do not depend directly on ELECTRON RETRACTS.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The USER expressly acknowledges and consents that all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual or industrial property rights over the products and services offered through the ELECTRON RETRACTS website, or over the contents provided as part of the website, correspond at all times to ELECTRON RETRACTS or to those who granted ELECTRON RETRACTS a license for their use. The USER may not make use of such material unless expressly authorized by ELECTRON RETRACTIONS.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request from us an out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes accessible through the Internet address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
For any question, conflict or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, compliance and/or execution of these General Conditions or any other issue arising from the relationship between the parties, they expressly submit to Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo. expressly renouncing any other legislation or jurisdiction that is proper to them, unless otherwise determined by law.
UPDATES
ELECTRON RETRACTS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In that case, users will be informed.
